Does anyone use the word "gatsby"? It's some sort of new slang I think?

I hear people say it in school and around the mall. They're all like "that's so gatsby" which I'm guessing means cool. I read The Great Gatsby and I'm guessing it's based off that because Gatsby was the "cool" dude in the book with all the parties and stuff. Does anybody else use this term?
