My ears wont Pop because i have been sick.?

I have had an ear infection on my ear, i had a bad cold before it with a high fever, serious headache, runny nose, sneezing, congested nose, pink eye, and a cough. once all that went away my ear started to hurt. so i went to the docter and she gave me Amoxcicillan(something like that) and ear drops. My ear doesnt hurt anymore but its still clogged up and i cant unpop it. I tried yawning and doing the nose thing but it still wont work, any help ?
