Of course, go for it. You may be shy but it is generally not likely for the girl to make the first move, so take those flirty glances as just that. You never know what may come of it. She's probably really y and fun, being german and all. Plus, even if it does'nt work out it will be good practice for the next time the situation presents itself. Good luck!!:))
