Can you tell me what I can do next with my rooted droid?

I have a cricket huawei ascend droid. I just rooted it using z4root. After deleting all the system apps I wanted to, what else can I do with it. I know there are many benefits to rooting a droid, I just don't know what those benefits are. If you refer me to a website, please make sure it's for general droid help or specific for my phone. I've not found any sites that offer any help for my specific phone. Thanks in advance for any help.
