Does everything governed by nature work as a fractal?

I've just been reading this very interesting website (a href="http://fractogene.com/)" rel="nofollow"http://fractogene.com/)/a that describes the Fractal algorithmic patterns of DNA and the fractal growth of the human body and I was wondering if this fractal algorithm is the definition of nature as a whole.
