Does he like me?!? this isnt long!?

okay i like this guy soososso much jeez and idk if he likes me back. he said to me while we were walking the other day.. "kelsey.........pause......" and i was like yeah? and he goes "..,,,,long pause/\...were friends right?" and i was like yeah of course! i felt like he was ognna ask me out or something? who knows! but he always waits outside homeroom for me, walks me to first period, gives me high fives and then grabs my hand and doesnt let go.. he always shakes my hand for like 5 minutes. he even asked me to go to his hockey game ;) does it seem like he likes me or is he just being nice... ? :(
