Easily Felix Hernandez. 200+ innings pitched already (1st), 192 strikeouts already (1st), 3rd in AL in WHIP, better xFIP than David Price & C.C Sabathia (two main Cy Young candidates), 3rd in CGs (5). In my opinion, Felix Hernandez is the true Cy Young winner regardless of win-loss total.
