Rockers, could you answer?

I'd definately have to go with Alternative. I just recently got into listening to rock(mainly because of American Idol and my obsession with David Cook!) Art rock's pretty good too, like you said, the creative freedom. And heavy metal, sorry, but I can't stand it. It's kinda like rap, you cant understand a single thing they're saying, and in the case of heavy metal, screaming. I like punk rock too. I've got a friend who's really into that. I used to be strictly Country, but like I said, now i'm going more for rock and pop. Overall, alternative is the best!
