This girl has nits in my cl plzz hlp me?

there is this girl in my cl at highschool and her head is coverd in nits and headlice. i went to primary with her she has had them since primary one yet noone has done anything about it nobody tlks to her because she stinks and you can see them all over her head my mum complained once and the school said it is her human rights what can i do cause she is giving people them what about my human rights. in primary every time the nit nurse came she was sent home but her mum says it doesnt matter if she has headlice it wont affect anybody but its disgusting plzz help me
