Is there a trick to writing with capital and lowercase letters?

Please, for the sake of the Internet, don't start writing that way! That style of writing is not "cool" by any means, it's just annoying. Many people, I included, don't even bother reading Internet posts written this way since it's too much of an eye-sore.
