Sun/Aztec catfish not moving or eating after 2 weeks?

I have a 3'' Sun/Aztec cat and it dosent move. I know it is alive because it mouth and gills move. the water is perfect for it. Even at night it dosent move and it is nocturnal. Anything i can do? thanks
